1. Service Description

JABB Watch ("the Service") is a competitor monitoring service provided by JABB Consulting ("we", "us"). The Service monitors publicly accessible web pages at URLs you specify, detects changes, and delivers AI-generated weekly summary reports via email.

2. Payment Terms

The Service requires a one-time setup fee of €199 and a recurring monthly subscription of €39/month, billed via Stripe. Your subscription begins upon payment and renews automatically each month until canceled.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting hello@jabbwatch.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The setup fee is non-refundable. Monthly fees may be refunded on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment.

4. Data Handling

We store your company name, contact email, business description, and competitor URLs. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service provides AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of change detection or recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to only monitor publicly accessible web pages that you have a legitimate business reason to track. You may not use the Service to monitor pages that require authentication, violate robots.txt directives, or engage in any unlawful activity.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
