What you get

  • One email every Monday morning with the Finnish public IT contract award notices published during the previous week (CPV 72 family: software development, maintenance, IT consulting, networks, security).
  • For each award: the winner, contract value in euros, buyer, number of tenders, decision date and a link to the source notice.
  • "What this tells you" notes: did the cheapest bid win, how far the outcome moved from the estimate, who keeps winning, and where competition is crowded.
  • Gaps flagged openly: if a notice has no value or tender count, we say so. Nothing is estimated or made up.

Where the data comes from

Public contract award notices from the EU's TED (ted.europa.eu), where Finnish above-threshold procurements are forwarded from Hilma (hankintailmoitukset.fi). TED data is reused under Commission Decision 2011/833/EU.

Award notices often appear months after the decision, and not every procurement publishes an award notice or a value. For framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems the value is a maximum or total, not one supplier's billing. This is not legal advice.
